Job Description

You will be responsible for enabling thought leadership and leading a team that is risk-aware, empowered, and accountable to drive best-in-class service. As a Client Data Analyst in the Operations team, your role will involve reviewing and enhancing data collection and verification processes to ensure the accuracy and completeness of KYC records before they are reviewed by the client-facing team. Your advanced organizational skills will be vital in managing multiple tasks effectively, and your proficiency in digital and tech literacy will help you leverage software applications and digital platforms to improve processes and enhance the client experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform day-to-day management of a team, including coaching and providing ongoing performance feedback. - Track the performance of individual team members to evaluate performance, learning, and capability. - Address service issues escalated by internal or external customers effectively. - Act independently and make decisions based on data, insight, and experience. - Create an effective team through continuous communication, timely feedback, and appropriate supervisory practices. - Organize workflow and distribute work appropriately. - Support all aspects of client onboarding, including fulfilling AML and KYC requirements. **Qualifications Required:** - Demonstrated ability to develop, manage, coach, and motivate teams. - Flexibility and adaptability to manage interim projects and processes based on business requirements. - Knowledge of banking products. - Proven leadership in process and organizational change. - Ability to identify, analyze, plan, prioritize, and solve problems effectively. - Strong communication and presentation skills. The job prefers candidates with: - Previous experience in AML, Compliance, Fraud, KYC, or Operational Risk. - Competency in mainframe and PC-based systems, with a strong proficiency in MS Office. - Previous experience as a people manager of a high-performing team.,
