Client Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Ensure that the
right profiles are delivered
to clients, maintaining quality and timelines.
Oversee and
mentor the recruitment team
, including junior recruiters and mentors, ensuring smooth operations.
Stay
always connected with clients
, managing expectations and addressing concerns proactively.
Track recruitment progress, client feedback, and team performance metrics.
Support continuous improvement in recruitment processes and client engagement strategies.

Requirements

3+ years of experience
in Non-IT recruitment (mandatory).
Prior experience in
client coordination, account management, or team management
is preferred.
Women returnees looking to restart their careers are strongly encouraged to apply.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to multitask, manage multiple clients, and guide a team effectively.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to quality in recruitment delivery.
