Shift Timing: 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM / 4:30 AM to 12:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

Experience: 2+ years preferred

About the Role

PCS Global Group is looking for a responsible and proactive Operations & Automation Executive to support logistics, accounts, and administrative workflows while ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be process-oriented and detail-focused, with excellent communication skills to handle client interactions, follow-ups, and documentation effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients and team members to ensure timely communication and task completion.
• Draft, review, and send professional emails to clients and assist in client interactions over calls.
• Assist in managing invoices, arrears tracking, documentation, and reporting for logistics and accounts workflows.
• Support administrative processes by tracking tasks and maintaining standard operating procedures.
• Identify gaps, data mismatches, or process inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
• Learn new tools, systems, and workflows quickly to enhance operational efficiency.
• Handle sensitive data with confidentiality, responsibility, and attention to detail.
• Support problem-solving efforts and follow up with clients and team members as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
