Client Coordination Executive

Umiko Web is a digital marketing agency specializing in lead generation for real estate and service-based businesses. We help our clients grow through Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance-driven digital strategies.

Job Description:

We are hiring a Female Client Coordination Executive (Fresher) who can confidently communicate with clients, explain company services, assist in lead generation, and coordinate meetings with senior management. This role is ideal for college-pursuing students and freshers who have good English communication skills and are looking for real corporate exposure with clear growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients via phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails
• Explain company services clearly and professionally to potential clients
• Assist in lead generation through client calling and follow-ups
• Line up meetings and appointments with senior management.
• Maintain client follow-up records and daily calling data
• Prepare basic reports related to leads, calls, and meetings
• Support the sales team in coordination and documentation

Eligibility Criteria:

• Female candidates only
• College-pursuing students / freshers preferred
• Good English communication skills (mandatory)
• Confident in client interaction and calling
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets (training will be provided)
• Willing to learn client coordination and sales processes

Stipend & Growth:

• Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month (Fixed + Performance Incentives)
