Key Responsibilities: - Identify priority knowledge areas and lead the development of new research publications addressing clients' critical strategy questions - Collaborate across functions to create, edit, design, and deliver high-quality knowledge initiatives from start to finish - Assist in staffing knowledge teams and coordinate knowledge development efforts across various practices - Drive the annual refresh process for the service line's core strategy documents - Internal promotion of research and client service capabilities and external sharing of the latest strategy thinking - Advise global client teams on utilizing the firm's strategy content and assets for superior client capabilities management - Manage core operational processes for the CC function and support portfolio management activities - Work with Finance to enhance transparency and provide recommendations for improving the P&H of capabilities portfolio - Lead community building activities for the cell and facilitate capability participation in performance and impact dialogues - Connect and engage relevant CC communities, as well as coach and support junior colleagues Qualifications Required: - Undergraduate degree and a demonstrated intellectual curiosity exhibited through professional training, advanced degree, or professional impact - Track record of impact at the level of a senior associate or JEM, with a minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in consulting/professional services - Strong IQ, EQ, and RQ shown through excellent judgment, problem-solving skills, outstanding written and oral communications, collaborative skills, and integrity - Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills in complex, time-critical issues - Strong personal presence and credibility to work effectively across all seniority levels - Program/project management skills and deep expertise in strategy and client capability management - Collaborative attitude and ability to work as part of a global team, with self-motivation and an entrepreneurial spirit - Comfort and credibility in challenging conversations with senior colleagues, balancing robustness, persistence, humility, and tact - Adaptability to ambiguity and shifting priorities - Excellent English written and oral communication skills, with a focus on impeccable writing and editorial skills.
