When you join the company, you will experience continuous learning, have a voice that matters, be part of a global community, and enjoy exceptional benefits. - Identify priority knowledge areas and spearhead developing new research publications that address clients" most pressing strategy questions - Collaborate cross-functionally to write, edit, design, and deliver high-quality, transformational knowledge initiatives end-to-end - Support staffing of knowledge teams and coordinate knowledge development efforts spanning different practices - Drive the annual refresh process for the service line's core strategy documents - Raise awareness internally about research and client service capabilities and tailor and share the latest strategy thinking externally - Advise global client teams on leveraging the firm's strategy content and assets to drive superior client capabilities management - Run core operational processes around the CC function and support portfolio management activities - Partner with Finance to drive transparency and make recommendations to improve the P&H of capabilities portfolio - Lead community building activities for cell and facilitate capability participation in dialogues on performance and impact - Connect and convene relevant CC communities and coach and support junior colleagues - Undergraduate degree and demonstrable intellectual curiosity through professional training, advanced degree, or professional impact - Demonstrated track record of impact at the level of a senior associate or JEM, with at least 3+ years professional experience in consulting/professional services - Very strong IQ, EQ, and RQ demonstrated through excellent judgment and problem-solving skills, outstanding written and oral communications, distinctive collaborative and delivery skills, and exceptional integrity - Proven strong analytical and problem-solving skills working on complex, sensitive, time-critical issues - Strong personal presence and credibility, with the ability to work across all levels of seniority - Strong program/project management skills and demonstrated interest and deep expertise in strategy and client capability management - Collaborative attitude and aptitude for working as part of a global team, combined with self-motivation and entrepreneurial spirit - Comfort and credibility in challenging conversations with senior colleagues, balancing robustness, persistence, humility, and tact - Comfort with ambiguity and flexibility as priorities shift - Strong English written and oral communication skills, with impeccable writing and editorial skills essential,
