Your tasks and activities will include recruiting quality Associate Partners, prospecting regularly to find potential partners, making a minimum of 2 hours of calls per day to schedule meetings, conducting at least 10 screenings in the office, and inviting 16 prospects to career seminars each month. To achieve sales and revenue targets, you will need to create a sales funnel, track the C.M.S.C score of the team, set goals for the Associate Partners on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly basis. Facilitating sales for the Associate Partners will involve demonstrating 10 sales calls in the field, tracking the C.M.S.C score, observing 5 sales calls in the field, and assisting Associate Partners in closing sales. You will also be responsible for developing the sales skills and knowledge of the Associate Partners by conducting GID sessions every month, role-playing sales calls with each Associate Partner, and planning training sessions based on their needs. Your performance will be measured based on achieving monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly targets for recruiting Associate Partners, as well as meeting sales, value, and revenue targets.
