The New Projects division is a rapidly growing vertical that focuses exclusively on residential developer sales, helping customers discover and invest in primary (new launch/under-construction/ready to move in) properties from reputed builders across India. As a Client Advisor in the NoBroker .As a Client Advisor in the NoBroker New Projects team, you will be at the forefront of driving real estate sales through a consultative and data-driven approach. You will work closely with prospective homebuyers, guiding them throughout their purchase journey from understanding requirements to project discovery, site visits, and final booking. This is an on-ground, high-engagement role, ideal for individuals who are dynamic, persuasive, and passionate about real estate sales. Candidates must be comfortable with daily in-person client meetings and on-ground property visits.

Key Responsibilities


Call prospective home buyers from our verified lead pool and Meet prospective buyers in-person to understand their requirements and recommend suitable builder projects.

Conduct regular site visits and constantly followup with clients to showcase new and under-construction
properties.

Educate clients about project details, investment potential, and current offers/incentives.

Build strong relationships with clients to assist with decision-making and post-sales support.

Work in coordination with internal teams and developer partners to ensure seamless transaction handling.

Maintain high levels of responsiveness, follow-ups, and client satisfaction throughout the sales funnel.

Stay updated on local real estate trends and competing projects.

Key Skills & Requirements

Must be comfortable with daily field work and travel for site visits and client meetings.
Proven ability to convert high-intent leads into bookings. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written). Energetic, target-driven, and customer-oriented mindset.
