Client Acquisition Specialist

This is a client-facing role focused on acquiring and onboarding new clients (shippers) for our freight brokerage operations. You’ll be the front line of our business—building relationships, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions to help them move freight across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and reach out to potential clients (shippers) via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Build rapport and communicate the value proposition of our freight solutions
• Set up calls and demos with decision-makers
• Maintain accurate records of communication in CRM tools
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client needs are met post-onboarding

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (non-negotiable)
• Confidence, enthusiasm, and the hunger to hustle
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment
• Bachelor’s degree (any field)
