Web Designer & Developer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites that align with our clients’ brand identity and business objectives. You will collaborate closely with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging website layouts, interfaces, and graphics with a focus on user experience (UX) and user interface (UI).
• Create responsive designs optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of designs into functional websites.
• Maintain consistency in visual design, branding, and usability across projects.
• Stay updated with the latest web design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final design assets using design software.
• Ensure websites comply with accessibility standards and SEO-friendly design principles.
• Work with content writers and marketing teams to create visually appealing landing pages, banners, and digital assets.
• Optimize graphics and layouts for fast loading and performance.
• Test websites for usability, browser compatibility, and responsiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Web Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design practices.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and strong visual design skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an agency or IT services environment.
• Basic understanding of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Webflow).
• Knowledge of SEO principles in design.
• Motion graphics or animation skills are a plus.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory with strong portfolio).
