You will recruit, train, and develop a high-performing outbound sales team, design and implement comprehensive training programs, develop effective sales strategies, monitor key performance metrics, ensure exceptional customer service, and identify areas for process improvement. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, along with strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in call center software and CRM systems, and the ability to analyze data for making data-driven decisions are essential.
