Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Client Acquisition and Relationship Manager to lead our outbound sales team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience in call centre management, with a proven track record of driving sales performance and enhancing team productivity. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing team performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service, with a strong emphasis on training and development. Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Leadership: · Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing outbound sales team. · Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback. · Foster a positive and motivating work environment. 2. Training and Development: · Design and implement comprehensive training programs for new hires and ongoing development for existing team members. · Assess training needs and develop tailored training solutions to enhance team skills and knowledge. · Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as necessary to ensure continuous improvement. 3. Sales Strategy Development: · Develop and implement effective outbound sales strategies to achieve sales targets. · Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. · Collaborate with marketing to align sales campaigns with promotional activities. 4. Performance Management: · Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, including call volume, conversion rates, and sales revenue. · Prepare regular reports on team performance and sales results for senior management. · Implement performance improvement plans as needed. 5. Customer Relationship Management: · Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service and builds strong relationships with clients. · Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. · Gather customer feedback to improve sales processes and service delivery. 6. Process Improvement: · Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency. · Utilize technology and tools to streamline operations and improve team performance. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. · 5 to 8 years of experience in outbound sales call center management. · Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance. · Strong leadership and team management skills. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Proficient in call center software and CRM systems. · Ability to analyses data and make data-driven decisions.
