Job Overview

We are looking for a Client Acquisition & Outreach Executive to identify potential clients, start conversations, and build a strong lead pipeline for our creative agency. This role focuses on research, outreach, and communication, not hard sales or deal closure. Freshers with strong communication and research skills are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients (global markets)
  • Initiate outreach through LinkedIn, cold emails, and references
  • Build and maintain an organized lead database and pipeline
  • Support early communication to understand client needs
  • Assist in preparing insights for proposals and pitch support
  • Track outreach progress using Google Sheets, Notion, or CRM
  • Stay updated on design, branding, marketing, and startup trends
  • Ensure timely communication across time zones

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years experience (freshers can apply)
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English
  • Good research skills and ability to spot business opportunities
  • Comfortable with LinkedIn, email outreach, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets
  • Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Interest in branding, design, and business growth
  • Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
  • Internship experience in marketing, business, or outreach
  • Personal projects, blogs, case studies, or outreach samples
