Job Description

Title: Account Lead (Growth & Customer Success) Reporting To: Founder/CEO  Location: Remote (Flexible, but must be comfortable for on field visits) The Mission Lawgger is the solution to the highly concentrated manual workflows in the legal ecosystem, & we’ve already generated significant interest at various International Summits. We are now seeking our first non-founding employee, a hands-on Founding Sales Champion, to convert that interest into our pilot Champion Customers and establish our foundational sales processes. This role is not about managing a pipeline; it’s about building the pipeline, closing the first deals, and synthesizing market data to inform Lawgger’s product roadmap. You are an owner, a hunter, and a strategic partner. Key Responsibilities Direct Sales Execution & Closure: Own the full sales cycle from lead qualification through contract negotiation and closing the "Champion Customers" pilot agreements. Execute a high-volume, hyper-personalized Discovery Call strategy focused on problem diagnosis and securing pilot sign-ups. Sales Process & Playbook Creation: Document the entire sales journey: from the initial cold outreach script to the final pilot agreement terms. Define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) based on early conversations and rejection reasons. Market Intelligence & Product Feedback: Act as the voice of the customer to the Founder, synthesizing feedback on Lawgger’s usability, missing features, and competitive landscape. Monitor pilot usage and ensure early customers achieve demonstrable success, turning them into referenceable case studies. What You Must BringRequired: 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably selling to a professional services audience (legal, finance, or highly regulated industries). Grit: Proven ability to thrive in a 0-to-1 environment. We are not interested in enterprise "whale hunters" who rely on massive marketing budgets. Empathy: Exceptional listening skills and the ability to articulate complex legal workflows simply. Tech Savvy: Ability to run a concise, compelling 15-minute product demonstration without heavy technical support. Compensation This is a high-leverage, high-reward role. Compensation will be structured to reward success.
