Job Summary:
As an Client Acquisition Manager in the e-commerce domain, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and impact full on-boarding experience. From configuring services to managing client expectations, youll guide clients through the on-boarding journey while aligning their goals with our offerings. In addition to managing on-boarding activities, you'll be responsible for driving service adoption, identifying revenue opportunities, and providing data driven insights for continuous improvement.
We are looking for someone who can communicate with the US clients and is comfortable working with data, understands e-commerce processes, and can translate technical details into simple, client-friendly solutions.
