Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Business Solutions Executive specializing in IT services. The individual will be responsible for identifying client needs, building strong relationships, offering tailored IT solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients, developing strategic plans, driving IT service sales, and leveraging business intelligence to create data-driven solutions. Collaboration with internal teams to deliver optimal outcomes will also be a key part of the role.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field is preferred.
