What You’ll Do:

  • Generate qualified leads that align with our target market in IT services.
  • Ensure leads convert into

    X qualified meetings per month

    (with prospects in agreed industries/segments).
  • Coordinate closely with the Sales Head on various sales activities, campaigns, and follow-ups.
  • Research potential clients, build prospect lists.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and track progress toward targets.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of experience in

    Lead Generation / BDE / Inside Sales

    (IT services experience preferred).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work collaboratively with the sales team.
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and email automation.
