Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Claims Associate to join our team in Andheri East, Mumbai. The Claims Associate will be instrumental in managing the insurance claims process, providing outstanding support to customers, and coordinating with insurers and TPAs for efficient claim settlements.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to explain the insurance claims process and resolve their queries.
• Follow up with customers to collect and verify insurance claim documentation.
• Assist customers in filing claims and provide regular updates on claim status.
• Coordinate with Third Party Administrators (TPAs) and insurers to ensure smooth and timely claim settlements.
• Monitor and manage claims on the insurer’s portal, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications and Skills

• 0-2 years of experience in corporate health insurance (freshers are welcome to apply).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong adaptability, collaborative spirit, and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Familiarity with online portals or systems for tracking and documentation is a plus.
