Claim Associate

As a Claims Assistant in a US Shift based in Noida, your role involves investigating and resolving escalated queries from clients, providers, attorneys, and partners. You will act as a point of contact for brokers, agents, and policyholders, and liaise with clients to address issues in the claims reporting process. Handling complaints related to coverage, loss runs, and new claim setups is also part of your responsibilities. You will support claim review meetings, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure that client performance objectives and service standards are consistently met.
