About the Role

We are seeking a highly disciplined and detail-oriented Civil Supervisor to oversee and manage on-site civil construction and maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are executed in compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and timelines. Ex-servicemen are strongly encouraged to apply, given their proven leadership, discipline, and ability to manage teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities including construction, repair, and maintenance works.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Monitor workforce productivity and allocate resources efficiently.
• Enforce site safety regulations and conduct regular safety checks.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and engineers for smooth project execution.
• Maintain daily site reports and submit progress updates to management.
• Resolve on-site technical issues and escalate major concerns when required.
• Ensure proper usage of materials, tools, and equipment to minimize wastage.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in civil construction supervision.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction plans.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Physically fit and willing to work on-site in varying conditions.
• Ex-servicemen with supervisory/technical backgrounds will be given preference.
