Position: Civil Supervisor Location: Behal, Bhiwani, Haryana Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking a highly disciplined and detail-oriented Civil Supervisor to oversee and manage on-site civil construction and maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are executed in compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and timelines. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day site activities including construction, repair, and maintenance works. Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards. Monitor workforce productivity and allocate resources efficiently. Enforce site safety regulations and conduct regular safety checks. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and engineers for smooth project execution. Maintain daily site reports and submit progress updates to management. Resolve on-site technical issues and escalate major concerns when required. Ensure proper usage of materials, tools, and equipment to minimize wastage. Qualifications & Requirements Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred). 5+ years of experience in civil construction supervision. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction plans. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Physically fit and willing to work on-site in varying conditions.
