A Civil Site Engineer manages daily construction operations, ensuring projects meet design specs, budget, and timelines by supervising work, coordinating teams (architects, contractors, labor), controlling quality, enforcing safety, managing materials, and handling technical documentation and reporting, acting as the key technical liaison on-site. Core Responsibilities

• Project Supervision & Coordination: Oversee daily activities, manage labor, and coordinate with subcontractors, clients, architects, and consultants.
• Technical Expertise: Act as the main technical advisor, check plans, set out the site, and provide solutions to technical issues.
• Quality Control: Ensure materials and workmanship meet project specifications through inspections and material testing (concrete, steel, etc.).
• Safety Management: Implement safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and ensure a safe work environment.
• Resource Management: Estimate, procure, and monitor construction materials and equipment.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare daily logs, progress reports, site reports, and maintain records for transparency and compliance.

Key Duties

• Planning: Review schedules, calculate quantities, and prepare site layouts.
• Budgeting: Assist in developing estimates and finding cost-effective solutions.
• Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve technical difficulties and on-site conflicts.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to local regulations, building codes, and legal requirements.

Essential Skills

• Strong civil engineering knowledge, surveying, and project management.
• Ability to interpret drawings, use software (like AutoCAD), and manage resources.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
