civil site engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer (Core Structure) with strong exposure to Oil & Gas projects. The candidate will be responsible for execution and supervision of structural civil works, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Execute and supervise core structural works including foundations, RCC, piling, concrete structures, and steel interfaces
• Handle Oil & Gas industrial civil works such as equipment foundations, pipe rack foundations, control rooms, and utility buildings
• Study and interpret GFC drawings, structural drawings, and specifications
• Coordinate with design consultants, QA/QC, safety teams, and contractors
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and safety norms applicable to Oil & Gas projects
• Monitor site execution, manpower, and subcontractors
• Check reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, and finishing activities
• Maintain daily progress reports, measurements, and site documentation
• Ensure work execution as per project schedule and quality requirements
• Support billing, BOQs, and measurements

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in core civil structure works
• Mandatory experience in Oil & Gas projects
• Strong knowledge of RCC structures, foundations, and industrial civil works
• Familiarity with IS codes and project safety standards
• Ability to read and execute as per structural drawings
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Willingness to work at project sites

Preferred Qualifications:

• B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Experience in refineries, terminals, pipelines, or process plants will be an added advantage
