Civil Manager

As a Civil Manager at Pipavav Port, you will be responsible for overseeing all civil engineering maintenance activities, including facility repair work, jetty repairs, road and railway maintenance, and dredging work supervision. Your role will require strong leadership, exceptional project management skills, close coordination with stakeholders, and a thorough understanding of port infrastructure. You should hold a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably in a port or maritime environment. Your key responsibilities will include planning, coordinating, and supervising repair and maintenance activities for port facilities, jetty repairs, road and railway maintenance, and building repairs. You will also be managing dredging activities, developing project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring regulatory compliance, leading a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians, and maintaining accurate documentation.
