Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to manage and execute minor civil projects, including small-scale construction, renovation, and maintenance works. The role requires strong technical expertise, cost control, and the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and oversee minor civil works such as building repairs, small structural modifications, and site improvements.
• Prepare project estimates, budgets, and timelines for minor projects.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution.
• Monitor project progress, manage resources, and ensure timely completion.
• Resolve technical issues and provide on-site guidance.
• Maintain accurate documentation and prepare project reports.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma

  or

  BE/B.Tech

  in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in minor projects and maintenance works.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and local building codes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project (or similar tools).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in facilities management or industrial minor works.
• Ability to manage multiple small projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of cost-effective and sustainable construction practices.
