We are seeking a Civil Manager with 3-4 years of experience to lead our civil engineering projects in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all engineering activities.
Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to designs and specifications.
Prepare and present reports on project status, risks, and recommendations for improvements.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
3-4 years of experience in civil engineering project management.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant design software.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
