Civil Manager

Description

We are seeking a Civil Manager with 3-4 years of experience to lead our civil engineering projects in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all engineering activities.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to designs and specifications.
• Prepare and present reports on project status, risks, and recommendations for improvements.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in civil engineering project management.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
