Job Title: Civil Manager – Cement Plant Project

Location: Bhatapara, Chhattisgarh
Experience: 10–15 years
Qualification: B.E./B. Tech in Civil Engineering
Industry: Cement / Infrastructure / Industrial Projects
Employment Type: Contract

Project Duration: 6 Months and can be extendable based on project requirements.

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Civil Manager with cement plant experience to lead and manage all civil construction activities for a cement plant project. The role involves overseeing site development, structural works, vendor coordination, and ensuring timely project execution with adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and execute all civil construction works: RCC foundations, silos, chimneys, buildings, etc.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal departments for project execution.
• Monitor quality, safety, and site progress.
• Approve contractor bills, ensure timely completion of civil milestones.
• Maintain documentation and report progress to the Project Head.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in cement plant/industrial project civil works
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, civil codes, QA/QC standards
• Excellent site management, leadership, and coordination skills

Preferred Background:

• Experience in executing greenfield or brownfield cement plant projects
• Exposure to large-scale industrial EPC projects
