Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining a reputed construction company as a project manager, project engineer, or civil & billing engineer. The company is looking for candidates with experience in residential, commercial, and villa projects specifically from Kerala. Your main responsibilities will include execution, site supervision, cost management, rate analysis, building construction, project planning, and team leading. Key Responsibilities: - Execute projects in residential, commercial, and villa segments - Conduct BOQ, DPR, and estimation for projects - Supervise site activities including pile foundation, finishing work, and QA/QC - Manage project costs, billing, and reconciliation - Lead project teams for successful execution - Plan and oversee site management for timely delivery Qualifications Required: - Degree in Civil Engineering or related field - Proven experience in managing residential, commercial, and villa projects - Strong knowledge of cost management, rate analysis, and project planning - Excellent team leadership skills and ability to ensure quality and client satisfaction About the Company: The company is a leading Kochi-based construction firm that provides turnkey solutions across architectural, civil, interior, and MEP works.
