Civil Engineer (Site Engineer)

We at Vedya Industrial Park, are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our engineering team. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction work and quality checks with other civil engineering works as per the drawings. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management

• Oversee project execution from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor project progress and provide technical guidance to construction teams.

2. Site Supervision & Inspection

• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and legal regulations.
• Resolve technical issues arising during construction.
• Review contractor work and materials for quality assurance.
• Overseeing engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, drainage systems, and buildings.
• Conduct feasibility studies, cost analyses, and environmental impact assessments.

3. Technical Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare detailed engineering reports, progress reports, and project documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of design changes, approvals, and project correspondence.
• Analyze project performance data to inform future planning.

4. Regulatory Compliance & Safety

• Ensure all designs and constructions comply with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
• Implement and enforce safety standards on construction sites.
• Coordinate environmental and sustainability considerations into project design.

5. Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated on the latest developments, materials, and technologies in civil engineering.
• Recommend improvements to design methods, construction techniques, and project management practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Strong proficiency in civil engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, etc.).
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Experience

• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on [specific projects such as infrastructure, residential, commercial, or industrial projects].
• Proven experience in project management, design, and construction supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
