Role Overview

The Civil Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the execution and supervision of all structural works related to building and industrial construction projects. The role requires strong technical knowledge, site management skills, and the ability to coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure timely and quality completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute structural works including foundations, RCC, steel structures, and industrial buildings
• Ensure compliance with design drawings, specifications, and safety standards
• Monitor daily site activities and manage workforce, contractors, and subcontractors
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project managers for smooth execution
• Conduct quality checks on materials and workmanship at site
• Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and documentation
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and cost control measures
• Resolve technical issues and provide on‑site engineering solutions
• Implement safety protocols and ensure safe working practices at site
• Support project handover and final inspections

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of structural engineering, RCC, and steel construction
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and BOQs
• Good understanding of construction materials and quality standards
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making ability
• Effective communication and coordination skills

Qualification

• Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Certification in project management or structural design (preferred)

Industry Preference

• Building construction
• Industrial structures (factories, warehouses, plants)
• Infrastructure projects

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
