Sales Coordinator – Real Estate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our real estate sales operations. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in lead management, client communication, documentation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth sales execution and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the sales team to manage incoming leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information about available properties and project details.
• Schedule and confirm property site visits, and follow up with clients to gather feedback and assist in decision-making.
• Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, site visits, bookings, and sales in the CRM system.
• Prepare, review, and manage essential sales documents, including quotations, agreements, and contracts.
• Stay informed about real estate market trends, ongoing projects, and competitor activities to support the sales team effectively.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure smooth documentation and deal closure.
• Monitor sales targets, compile weekly/monthly performance reports, and keep the team updated on progress.
• Assist in after-sales services and coordinate the property handover process to ensure customer satisfaction.
