Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive, efficient, and detail-oriented Computer Operator cum Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting tasks and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of basic accounting tools and accounting software, computer operations, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update daily accounts using Tally and Excel
• Manage member communications, billing, and general record keeping
• Monitor stock/inventory and report discrepancies
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
• Assist in administrative tasks such as printing, document formatting, and data entry
• Use tools like MS Word, Canva, and email platforms for communication and basic design
• Coordinate with club staff and support teams to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain digital and physical files in an organized manner
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and reconciliation

Key Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Tally, MS Word, MS Excel
• Some hands-on experience with Canva or similar tools is a plus
• Strong communication skills – both spoken and written English
• A fast learner with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and basic analytical ability
• Minimum qualification: Graduate in any stream (Commerce degree preferred)
• Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
