Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, execution and monitoring of civil works at the datacenter site in Pithampur.
Supervise contractors, labor, materials, and day-to-day site activities to ensure timely progress.
Conduct site inspections, verify measurements, and maintain quality control as per standards.
Coordinate with internal MEP, design, architecture, and project teams for smooth execution.
Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, statutory norms, and company SOPs.
Prepare daily progress reports, documentation, measurements (MB), and work logs.
Support the senior project engineer in managing timelines, BOQs, and material planning.
Monitor site utilities, drainage, foundation, structural work, flooring, and external development.
Review drawings, specifications, and raise RFIs when required.

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in industrial, infrastructure, or commercial construction projects.
Basic knowledge of civil execution, quality standards, and construction materials.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
Strong understanding of site supervision, measurement, and project coordination.
Good communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
Ability to work at the Pithampur site on a full-time basis.
