Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Design:Conducting feasibility studies, developing detailed designs, creating construction plans, and preparing cost estimates.
• Construction Management:Overseeing construction activities, supervising personnel, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Risk Management:Identifying and mitigating potential risks, ensuring compliance with regulations, and addressing any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Stakeholder Communication:Interacting with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure alignment on project goals.
• Quality Control and Safety:Implementing quality control measures, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and maintaining structural integrity of the facility.
• Documentation and Reporting:Preparing project reports, maintaining documentation, and managing project resources.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and design software (e.g., AutoCAD).
• Project Management: Ability to manage projects, allocate resources, and track progress effectively.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues creatively and efficiently.
• Compliance: Knowledge of relevant regulations, permits, and safety standards.
• Leadership: Ability to supervise and mentor teams, and coordinate activities effectively.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
