JD for Civil Engineer – Technical Support & Sales Job Title: Civil Engineer – Technical Support & Sales Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai Department: Technical Sales & Support Budget: Rs. 7.20 LPA – Rs. 8.40 LPA Experience: 3-5 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Civil Engineer to join our team to provide technical expertise and support to clients, contribute to sales initiatives, and promote our waterproofing products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of civil engineering principles, hands-on experience with waterproofing solutions, and excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical consultation and support to clients, contractors, and engineers regarding waterproofing products and solutions. Assist the sales team by preparing technical presentations & documentations, product demonstrations, BOQ’s, drawings and proposals. Conduct on-site assessments and inspections related to waterproofing applications. Develop and deliver training sessions and technical seminars for clients and internal staff. Understand project specifications and provide customized waterproofing solutions that meet client needs. Collaborate with the R&D team to stay updated on new product developments and technical innovations. Prepare detailed technical documentation, reports, and specifications. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate sales and ensure customer satisfaction. Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and client meetings as a technical expert. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Proven experience in waterproofing or construction materials. Strong technical knowledge of waterproofing systems and civil engineering fundamentals. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyse project requirements and propose effective solutions. Preferred Skills: Experience in sales or client management within construction or waterproofing industries. Knowledge of local building codes and standards. Certification or training in waterproofing technologies. Show more Show less
