Role Descriptio

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage site execution of interior fit-out projects from start to handover.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Review and monitor project schedules, drawings, material submittals, and shop drawings.
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections, track progress, and prepare project status reports.
• Assist in resolving design and execution challenges on-site.
• Verify contractor’s work against approved designs and specifications.
• Monitor project costs, control wastage, and support in billing verification.
• Facilitate timely approvals, escalations, and handover documentation.
• Prepare tender documents, BOQs, specifications, and quantity estimates in line with project

requirements.

• Track and monitor project progress, flagging delays or deviations from the established schedule.
• Support the Project Manager in coordination between office and site teams, contractors, and

consultants.

Required Qualifications:

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

• Experience:

  Minimum

  3+ years of experience

  of site execution works

Core Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works, detailing, and finishing standards.
• Familiarity with project management practices in the retail, hospitality, and commercial sectors.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office tools.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and manage timelines under pressure.
• Eye for detail, problem-solving attitude, and proactive approach.
