Job Title: Civil Engineer Location: Juhu, Mumbai Industry: Luxury Real Estate Experience: 5-8 years About Us: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Civil Engineer to join a leading developer's execution and project management team. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities to ensure adherence to design, specifications, timelines, and quality standards. Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and contractors to ensure smooth execution. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and safety compliance. Review and verify civil drawings, BOQs, and contractor bills. Ensure compliance with regulatory norms, approvals, and documentation for civil works. Manage material planning, procurement coordination, and vendor management related to civil works. Identify and resolve technical issues and proactively escalate potential delays or cost overruns. Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (design, procurement, legal, marketing) to ensure project alignment. Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management. Key Requirements: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a reputed institution. 5-8 years of experience in civil execution within luxury or high-end residential/commercial real estate projects. Strong understanding of high-quality finishing, premium materials, and modern construction techniques. Hands-on experience in managing contractors, vendors, and on-site teams. Good knowledge of project management tools, MS Office, AutoCAD, and construction software. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills. Strong eye for detail with a commitment to high standards of quality and safety. Experience working with luxury real estate developers or premium hospitality projects.
