Civil Engineer

KRA – Civil Engineer (Real Estate)1. Site Execution & Supervision

• Ensure daily supervision of construction activities as per drawings and specifications.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure quality workmanship.
• Verify material usage, workmanship, and adherence to approved standards.

2. Quality Control & Compliance

• Implement and maintain quality control procedures at site.
• Conduct checks for concrete, steel, shuttering, and finishing work.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, IS standards, and safety norms.

3. Project Planning & Coordination

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, MEP teams, and project managers.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Support in planning material requirements and work schedules.

4. Drawing & Documentation

• Review and interpret civil drawings, structural drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Raise RFI (Request for Information) for drawing discrepancies.
• Maintain all site-related documentation and records.

5. Material Management

• Inspect and approve materials delivered on-site as per specifications.
• Prevent material wastage and ensure optimum utilization.
• Coordinate with purchase/warehouse for timely material availability.

6. Cost & Time Management

• Monitor project timelines and highlight delays with mitigation plans.
• Assist in cost control by managing resource usage and preventing rework.
• Support in vendor bill verification and quantity measurements.

7. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols at site.
• Conduct toolbox talks and coordinate with EHS team.
• Report any hazards, unsafe conditions, or incidents immediately.

8. Client & Stakeholder Communication

• Provide updates to clients, project managers, and management as required.
• Participate in site meetings and resolve technical issues.

9. Finishing & Handover

• Supervise finishing work to ensure quality output as per standards.
• Support in snagging/de-snagging and final site handover.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
