Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Engineer to oversee construction activities, ensure quality and safety compliance, and manage project timelines at our Gandhinagar site. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in civil project execution, quantity estimation, and coordination with vendors and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute day-to-day site activities as per project plans and drawings.

Ensure work quality and adherence to safety standards and specifications.

Prepare and verify BOQs, quantity estimation, and measurement sheets.

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants for smooth workflow.

Maintain project documentation — daily progress reports, material records, etc.

Handle procurement follow-ups and material inspections at the site.

Assist in preparing bar bending schedules, bills, and work orders.

Conduct site inspections and ensure timely completion of milestones.

Resolve site-level technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions.

Requirements:

Qualification: Diploma or B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Experience: 2–8 years in construction / infrastructure / industrial / residential projects.

Skills:

Strong technical knowledge of civil drawings and site execution.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic quantity estimation.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to handle multiple site tasks efficiently.

Preferred:

Local candidates from Gandhinagar / Ahmedabad or nearby areas.

Experience in industrial, commercial, or residential projects.

Knowledge of Gujarat building codes and local contractors/vendors.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
