Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers with their shopping needs.
Share product details, prices, features, and after-sales support.
Cross-sell products and inform customers about discounts/offers.
Keep shelves well-stocked and handle product returns.
Work with the store team to ensure smooth operations.
Share feedback and ideas with the Store Manager.
Stay updated about new arrivals and services.
Job Requirements
Education: Minimum 12th Pass.
Experience: 1 – 3 years in retail, sales, or customer service (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Skills:
Good communication and a positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of handling sales transactions and inventory.
Ability to meet sales targets and provide excellent service.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
