Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities across multiple international project sites.
• Review project designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor and manage project progress, schedules, and cost control.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and local authorities.
• Ensure that all construction work complies with relevant building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Solve on-site technical issues and provide engineering solutions in real-time.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality assurance across all stages of construction.
• Supervise and support site engineers, supervisors, and labor teams.
• Ensure availability and proper utilization of materials, equipment, and manpower.
• Utilize ConWize for project estimation, planning, and execution monitoring.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Valid engineering license or certification as required by host countries.
• Mandatory experience with ConWize construction software.
• Minimum 3–8 years of relevant experience in construction project execution, preferably across international or multi-site projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Zoho Projects) and CAD software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel or relocate internationally for project duration.
  

Requirements

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in remote or challenging environments.
• Multilingual capabilities or experience working in multicultural teams.
• Knowledge of international construction codes and standards (e.g., Euro-codes, ACI, ASTM).
