Position Overview:

The Civil Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing civil construction and infrastructure development projects at Kanha Shanti Vanam. The role involves managing multiple projects, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality and safety standards, and completing projects within time and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution:
• Prepare project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and timelines.
• Supervise all phases of civil construction work, including excavation, RCC, masonry, finishing, plumbing, and external development.
• Oversee the day-to-day construction operations at the site.
• Vendor & Contractor Management:
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Verify contractor bills, material reconciliation, and ensure compliance with contract terms.
• Quality & Compliance:
• Ensure construction practices meet design, safety, and quality standards.
• Conduct site audits and inspections for quality assurance.
• Monitoring & Reporting:
• Track project progress, prepare weekly/monthly status reports.
• Identify risks and provide timely mitigation strategies.
• Maintain detailed documentation of construction activities.
• Team & Site Supervision:
• Lead and manage a team of site engineers, supervisors, and contractors.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination across teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BE/B.Tech)
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in project management of large-scale civil/infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies, drawings, BOQ analysis, and project estimation.
• Familiar with AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and project tracking tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in an ashram-like environment with a high degree of integrity and discipline.

• Based at Kanha Shanti Vanam campus – an eco-conscious, spiritual, and large-scale community setting.
• The role demands on-ground presence, coordination across multiple projects, and flexible working hours as per project needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Shamshabad, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Civil engineering: 10 years (Required)
