Position Overview:Road Shield Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Billing Manager to lead and manage billing functions across multiple infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong civil engineering background with significant experience in billing, project accounts, material reconciliation, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage all billing operations related to infrastructure projectsEnsure accurate preparation and submission of client invoices based on project milestones and deliverablesReview, validate, and approve billing documentation, quantity take-offs, and measurement sheetsMonitor monthly material reconciliation and ensure alignment with on-site usage and billing recordsCollaborate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Clients for certification and approvalsResolve billing-related discrepancies and queries with clients and internal teamsMaintain organized billing records, documentation, and audit trails for internal and external reviewCoordinate with accounts and audit teams to support financial reporting and statutory complianceAnalyze project cost data and billing trends to support forecasting and decision-makingLead and mentor billing team members for improved accuracy, timeliness, and compliance

Key Competencies:Strong knowledge of construction billing practices, contract terms, and taxationProven experience in managing billing for infrastructure or civil projectsSound understanding of material reconciliation, cost analysis, and project accountingExcellent communication and negotiation skills for dealing with clients and stakeholdersHigh level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detailProficiency in MS Excel and billing/project management softwarePrior exposure to audits and financial documentation is highly advantageous

Qualifications & Key Skills:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering8+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure or related projects.Experience in accounts, audit, and construction billing proceduresStrong understanding of billing cycles, reconciliation practices, and project costingProficiency in Microsoft Excel and general billing/reporting toolsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong communication and coordination abilitiesAbility to manage multiple project sites and ensure uniform billing practices
