Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Civil Billing Engineer to manage project billing, prepare cost estimates, verify contractor bills, and ensure accurate documentation of construction expenses.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and verify contractor and subcontractor bills based on work completed.
Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and rate analysis as per project requirements.
Monitor project expenses and ensure cost control within budget.
Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and accounts teams for billing and invoicing.
Check measurements and validate work done as per contract specifications.
Ensure compliance with government regulations, tax structures, and GST billing formats.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and final billing reports.
Handle client billing and payments reconciliation.
Maintain documentation of work progress, variations, and escalations.
Support in tendering and contract management processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in construction billing, estimation, or quantity surveying.
Familiarity with construction contracts, rates, and taxation (GST, TDS, etc.).
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
