Mission

Lead the growth and operational excellence by driving both demand and supply. Your primary goal will be to ensure scalable expansion, operational sustainability, and high-performance execution.

Key Outcomes (Delhi):

• Scale city operations to

  360,000 deliveries

  and achieve

  ₹15,000,000 in monthly revenue

  , in close coordination with the

  Marketing

  Sales

  teams.
• Spearhead the development of

  four experimental zones

  , starting with

  Patel Nagar

  , collaborating with

  Product

  to test and scale impactful initiatives.

• Build and lead

  a high-performing

  local operations team

  , fostering a culture of ownership, efficiency, and performance.
