Full Time
Oversee daily field operations across the city.
Manage and lead a team of field executives/promoters/sales representatives.
Ensure targets are met and operations are carried out efficiently.
Monitor performance metrics and report to senior management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and local partners.
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, customer support).
Identify and resolve operational issues on-ground.
Conduct regular field visits to ensure quality standards are met.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
2 to 5 years of experience in operations/sales/field management.
Prior experience in handling on-ground teams is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the city.
Local conveyance/travel allowance provided.
