City Lead

You will work fulltime in your base location, either on-field or in the office. As the city lead, you will be accountable for the overall growth and profitability of the city. Your responsibilities will include planning and implementing marketing campaigns, coordinating service deployment at restaurants, managing client relationships, and ensuring the expansion of the restaurant network. We emphasize resolving local issues with local strategies, thus it is vital to comprehend your market and convey tailored messages. Your main responsibilities will involve: - Driving the growth of the city by increasing both the user and restaurant base - Identifying innovative approaches to introduce the Dineout experience to new diners by understanding the local dining culture - Launching creative local marketing tactics and user acquisition initiatives, representing Dineout at local functions and in local PR activities - Communicating the requirements of the product/process to the headquarters and collaborating with the product/engineering teams to deliver on them - Developing strategies to guide the sales team, encompassing the overall structure, compensation, lead generation, territory optimization, and more - Overseeing administrative tasks such as user management, data management, training, and onboarding of new sales employees Desired Skills: - 7+ years of experience in a dynamic technology company, with a preference for backgrounds in consulting, investment banking, marketing, or operations management - Familiarity with the respective city for at least 3-4 years - Decision-making based on data and strong business acumen with a focus on analytical thinking - A solutions-oriented mindset with a proactive approach - Strong networking abilities and the knack for establishing beneficial partnerships - Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to handle risks effectively - Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.,
