You will be responsible for maximizing sales and service performance and operational productivity in conjunction with the business managers. Leading and mentoring a dynamic team of Sales Officers/Executives and Warehouse operations staff will be a crucial part of your role. You will be required to strategize and execute plans to enhance the market presence and performance of the organization. Utilizing data analytics to make informed decisions, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities will be essential. Building and nurturing strong relationships with retail partners is also a key aspect of this position. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in FMCG Distribution or B2B business. Proven leadership experience in both Sales and Warehouse Operations is necessary. Team handling skills, proficiency in Excel, and a flair for data analytics are required. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills are essential for effective collaboration. As a proactive problem solver with a passion for delivering results, you will play a vital role in the organization's success. A minimum of a graduate degree in any stream is also required.
