Your key responsibilities will include: - Implementing Visibility Accountability through Extensive QR & Sound box deployment and ensuring successful product sales. - Identifying and recruiting a competent sales team to align with business objectives and drive sales in the market. - Demonstrating strong coaching and mentoring skills, being a quick learner, and effectively applying new ideas and concepts. - Planning the market size, span, and geographies for Area Sales Managers (ASM). - Devising effective communication methods to ensure team understanding and minimize expectations vs. delivery gap. - Monitoring Quality parameters as per management guidelines and conducting audits on team acquisitions and sales. - Ensuring team members are actively present in the market for regular sales and usage activities. - Utilizing strong networking capabilities and being open to extensive travel within the specified area.
