Circle Head - Corporate Salary

The Circle Head - CS plays a key role in the Corporate Salary department by providing strategic leadership in customer engagement and acquisition strategies. Your responsibilities include leading a team of sales and acquisition managers, ensuring adherence to the acquisition process, overseeing activation and usage of Salary Accounts, educating team members on products, addressing customer queries, optimizing team staffing, and managing operations with a customer-centric approach. You will be responsible for evaluating growth strategies, implementing process changes for service enhancement, monitoring key performance parameters, and providing necessary resources to achieve Salary Account acquisition targets. Additionally, you will conduct market analysis, manage sales forecasts, and lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve targets and improve performance. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in any relevant stream, post-graduation in any field, and 7 to 10 years of relevant experience.
